Bottle drunk after eating many gyoza at a Japanese friend's birthday party. Slightly expired a brief 6 months back. Light haze, amber, nice head. Light caramel nose with earthy hops, flavor is pretty alright for its age. Smooth bitterness, moderate body, a bit thin on flavor though. It's pretty decent.

Drunk on June 19th while cooking homemade gyoza. Golden, clear, small head. Light stone fruit nose, mild lemony acidity. Funky flavor with more present tartness than the nose. Smooth and tasty, lightly bretty, some oaky notes. Excellent, dry and refreshing.

Drunk on tap at Osteria ai Cancelli in Iseo. Golden clear, moderate head. Mild grain nose. Lightly malty flavor, pretty light earthy hops for a pils but it's very refreshing on this rather hot day. Smooth and not too exciting but no big failure here.

Green bottle, drunk in super heat in Iseo. Slightly light struck Heini-like flavor. Decent grain/malt/hopp-ish blend, it's alright when it's 90+ F out.

Drunk in Brescia at Osteria del Mercanti. Hazy ish yellow amber with grain and apricot-citrus nose. Pretty tasty alcohol free with decent body, grainy but not overly sweet. Good alkfrei mid day beer.

Bottle from the Kickstarter, drunk in a luxury tent in Iseo after Kinderdisco. Yellow color, no head, interesting flat ginger nose with lemony hints. Pretty sour on the tongue, a bit like a bitter-lemon-ginger ale mix but with much less sugar. Asian-seasoning kinda flavor that would probably make for a great pairing with a lemongrass garlic salmon dish.

Drunk at Lake Iseo, first day. Lightly hazy orange with moderate head. Citrus nose, grain-and-mandarine on the tongue. Slim body but pretty tasty, nice session beer!

Drunk watching murderbot before driving off on vacation, after a Pliny the Elder. I have many cans of this so it's not the first one. Amber light haze. Great citrus-caramel-dank goodness nose, flavor is smooth bitterness with a lightly tropical mid palate and nice malt overtones the whole way through. Excellent WC brew!

Can from Italy. Bright yellow, moderate head? Light grain nose, indeed a bit of gum and citrus. Moderate bitterness and thin body, hints of pineapple. Seems a bit stale and aged-hop-flavors despite 7mos till BBD. Okay I guess.
