Can from day 12 of the Beer Republic Advent calendar, packaged June 16th, drunk watching Pluribus. Hazy orange, nice head, citrus pineapple resiny nose. One of the best aging beers of the calendar so far, still pretty juicy, extra point for that despite being well past its prime. Good mouthfeel and powerful, smooth bitterness - likey like!

Happily, this tastes just like a cloudy northwest IPA rather than a hazy. If this is what Fremont needs to do in order to trend chase then all power to you. Pine and grapefruit. Hazy yellow pour. A hint of green onion in the finish but plenty of sharp bitterness. Lemon, peach. Tap at Brewtop Social in seatac.

Served at the House of Hops US beer tasting, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy, light toffee. The flavour is moderate bitter, with fresh, crisp, earthy, light piney, light citrus, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

1st beer of the day on my San Clemente bus trip. $1:50 All Day Senior Bus Pass see's me take the hour long journey from Laguna Hills (and back later), Tuesday 2nd September 2025. US Pint on tap in the Beach Hut Deli by the North Beach Station at 11:30 in the morning. Almost clear golden pour, smooth white crown. Piney rather than fruity (hope it's the correct beer) to me. Bitter and earthy, really enjoyed it.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus and peach. Not quite med body. Juicy but not sugary. Not all that bitter, but bitterness does persist into the finish. Flavor is light mixed fruit. Not a very strong flavor.

Apparently this is the final iteration. Cloudy, medium head. Slight woody, pine, touch of citrus. Full oaty body. Moderate bitterness. Gets a bit weedy in the end.

12oz can at Hops & Bottles. So sad to see this series end, especially with this. Hazy golden pour, fine bubbles make up the head, some streaky lacing . Light fruity aroma, citrus, generic. Taste is citrusy, pineapple, but falls off rapidly. All that experimentation gone to waste. I understand the economic realities of the craft beer industry today, but this is a sad representation of the series
