Odd to see Lagunitas—one of the OG purveyors of west coast IPAs—call this beer “our take on a west coast IPA”. Kinda like Ford introducing a new sedan and saying “We finally made a car!” No rest for marketing bullshit, I guess.

Pretty good regardless, offering up an earthier, more piney IPA than regs Lagunitas IPA, with a good citrus-tropical front end and just enough sweetness to round out the pint. Doesn’t reinvent the wheel but still a tasty pint.

Justa kinda tastes like a watered-down Hazy Little Thing. Bright notes of peach, grapefruit, mango, and lychee meet a very frail malt base and a bland, inconsequential back end. Half a beer, like most session IPAs. Drink a hoppy pils instead.

Pretty good hazy session IPA, with a nice burst of Citra-inspired grapefruit and tropical notes. Low ABV keeps the usual NEIPA sweetness at bay. Mild pine bitter streak on the end. Nice pint.

Kind of like a rough-around-the-edges Double Bastard. I dig the assertive pine bitterness, but the malts are kinda clunky and wort-ish, with a tinge of cocoa that throws off the balance. Not terrible, but the malts are weird, dude.

Very good IPA, a great West Coast-style beer made in Atlanta, with a modest grapefruit-orange sweetness laced with tropical notes followed by a firm pine bitterness and a slight mineral-floral flourish on the back end. Tasty as hell.

Lots of peach and tropical notes of front but not much else. Lingering fruitiness in the middle but the back end lacks bitterness. Eh.

Very nice, very Americanized Belgian single, with a moderate grainy sweetness laced with grassy floral notes, followed by a firm hop bitterness. Extremely drinkable.

Super hazy, with white grape, peach, mango, and a touch of vanilla followed by a modest mineral bitterness. Not bad.
