(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 13 Aug 2025) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and a light smoke touch. Malty, roasted taste with milky coffee, dark chocolate, black bread, a light smoke touch and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced stout. Nice one.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 13 Aug 2025) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grass and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grass, pineapple, white bread and a mild citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Light body, dry. On the thin side, but fresh and hoppy. Quite nice.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 13 Aug 2025) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy, juicy and refreshing. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, peaches, white bread, herbs, rosemary and a generous citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Wow! Rich, fruity, hoppy, juicy. Still in good balance. Great beer!

Fruity taste with dried pineapple, papaya, mango, peaches, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, quite sweet. Fresh, fruity and juicy. Very nice.

(Visited Aug 2025) Modern beer bar and restaurant, centrally located on Rokin, with entrance in a narrow alley and down in to the basement. Long bar, with seating along the wall towards the alley. Light brown and white colours. Up to 50 taps, of which half of them are house beers and half of them guest beers. Good mixture of craft beers (domestic and imported) and decent macros. Friendly service. Good food. Fairly slow on a Wednesday eve in August, mainly tourists. With this location they should be able to attract a larger crowd. Well worth a visit (and it's hardly a detour).

Fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, apricots, papaya, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, orange peel, apricots, black-currant and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and hoppy. Very nice.
