(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with dried fruit, bread, figs, apricot marmalade, orange peel and spices. Malty taste with notes of fruit cake, treacle-toffee, dried figs, apricot marmalade, nuts, bread, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced bitter. Nice one.

(Can) Dark amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, smoky nose with notes of bread, caramel, dried fruit, smoked ham, tobacco, orange peel and a touch of chocolate. Malty, smoky taste with bread, caramel, dried fruit, orange peel, nuts, chocolate and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Tasty and well balanced with a gentle smokiness. Nice one.

(Bottle) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, dates, apricots, dark bread and caramel. Fruity, malty taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, dates, apricots, dark bread, chocolate and a fairly low herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit syrupy, not very hoppy. Clean and balanced. Quite nice.

(Bottle) Brownish black colour with brief, foamy, beige head. Malty, roasty nose with notes of espresso, oak wood, cognac, dark bread, tobacco, soy sauce, cacao and chocolate truffles. Malty, roasty taste with espresso, oak wood, cognac, tobacco, soy sauce, cacao and a balanced coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet (but not as much as feared). The wood and cognac character balances out the coffee quite well. Ok, on the boozy side, but rich and tasty. Very nice.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity, slightly funky nose with red apples, oak wood, hay, citrus peel and marzipan. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red apples, oak wood, marzipan, citrus peel, a touch of smoke and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, dry. Dry, tart and woody. Lots of character. Nice one.

(Bottle) Golden colour, still, with brief bubbly head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, cinnamon, toffee, apricots, citrus, herbs and orange peel. Fruity taste with red apples, apple skin, cinnamon, apple pie, apricots, orange peel, herbs and a sweetish finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Elegant, well balanced and highly drinkable. Very nice.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 28 June 2026) Greenish blue colour with brief white head. Fruity nose with candy, winegum, blueberries, apples and toilet freshener. Fruity taste with notes of candy, blueberries, apples, winegum and vanilla. No bitterness. A mild fruity acidity. More than medium body, quite sweet. Artificial and quite weird. Not quite as horrible as it sounds, though. Enjoyable.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 28 June 2026) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit and pineapple. Fruity taste with citrus, orange, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, white bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Fruity, smooth and juicy. Very nice.

Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of passionfruit, mango, pineapple, citrus peel, white bread and a fairly low citric/herbal bitterness in a finish with a mild woody acidity. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fruity, with a refreshing acidity. Very nice.
