Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is average, but with some astringency.

From the bottle at a tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours a golden ramen, medium transparent, with no foam. Aroma is resinous, winey, just a little funky. Body is average, with no carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is rather long.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with rather fine white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, citrus and tropical. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately acidic, with some sweetness behind. Final is average, tart, with just a touch of astringency.
