Our interpretation of farmhouse ales, traditionally brewed during winter by farmers to quench their thirst on summer's gruelling days of field work.
The beer matures for 5-6 months in oak barrels. During this long maturation, a slow mixed fermentation by indigenous yeasts brings freshness, dryness and a low acidity.

(Bottle, La Tana, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, herbal nose with citrus, funky yeast, barnyard and flowers (chamomile?). Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, bread, herbs, flowers and oak wood. Low floral bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, herbal, citric and quite complex. Very nice.

From tap at Foeders, Amsterdam. Aroma is vinous grapes with grainy notes. White grape, some citrus, oak. Tart and mild sour, lightly funky. Some bready grain. Nice Grape Ale.

Bouteille @ La Tana pour le repas spécial 10 ans du restaurant, auguri. En accompagnement d'un plat du menu.
Pâle, dorée, col blanc fin.
Arôme est plaisant, de prime abord, le houblon ressort bien, floral, effet un peu fleur de sureau, fleurs des champs. Pointe de funk.
Palais est frais, marqué par un excellent caractère fleuri - belle effervescence, note rappelant un léger vin blanc, finement boisé, sec sur la fin.
Une belle surprise qui reste un peu dans la lignée de la Piccola Saison dégustée peu avant.

Draft: Poured a milky carbonated yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky fruity, citrus, grape. Taste is nice vinous grapes, citrus, tangy, acidic, tingly finish.
