CLW Profile - Brewver

16 oz draft. Aromatic with mango and apples. Mango is strong throughout with hints of blood orange with a soft apple finish. Zero tartness but not overly sweet. However, after 12 ounces, I kind of didn’t want any more of it.

16 oz can. Shows amber color with fast dying head. Aroma shows me apple and soft caramel. Mild flavor of sweet grain and lager yeast backbone. Lighter body and shows an earthy finish.

16 oz can. Aroma has honey-ish malt, lager yeast. Flavor follows with a crisp texture. Some yeast characteristics. Weak sweetness. Pretty much what you would expect. Although the texture is not crisp.

16 oz can. Aroma is light grains, very soft floral bouquet. Flavors of mineral water, light malts, honey in a lighter body. Texture is crisp and has a soft spicy bitterness for balance. Pretty much what you expect. It is well-made.

16 oz can. In the crystal, clear, orange color. Aroma is light caramel malt, herb, pine. Flavor follows without any overdone resinous pine. Caramel and herbs balance it nicely. It’s a very well done West Coast IPA. Easy to drink.
