CLW Profile - Brewver

50 cl can. carried back from Germany. Thanks to Frank & Jody. Tried side-by-side with Peters. This aroma slightly sweeter in malt. Flavor is honey, mild malt and ends much lighter than Peters kolsch.

16 oz draft.Thirsty Moose, Exeter. Flavor of pineapple, peach, mango. A large amount of tropical fruit. This is really easy drinking and much better than I thought it would be.

16 oz draft. Thirsty moose, Exeter. Flavor is honey malt, soft yeast with a mild mineral. Light body and crisp texture. A simple lager.

750 ml bottle. Thank you Clarkvv for grabbing this one! Aroma is lemon, soft floral, mild dusty basement. The flavor follows with a little more depth of minerals, straw and soft acid. Very soft tartness. Nicely dry texture with refreshing character. Nice!

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Aroma shows soft caramel and a odd off hint. Flavor isn’t much better. Is this milled grain or DME? Home brewers knew what I am saying. Water body. Jeez. This needs a lot of work.

16 oz can. Aroma of vanilla, raspberry and lactic acid. Flavor follows. I have a hard time finding chocolate which you would with the cake. Moderate lingering sour raspberry finish. Good.

16 oz can. Rich flavor of chocolate, molasses, roasted earthy grain. Medium plus in body with a roasty finish. Bolder body, full and rich.

16 oz can. Aroma shows caramel and toasted grain. Flavor of toffee, bread crust and a soft mineral in the finish. Molasses hints. Medium body with crisp texture. Drinks easy.
