Have always loved porters and stouts. In recent years I have grown to really enjoy European and American lagers.

8 oz draft. Aroma is malty, baked bread, mineral. Flavor is great. Follows the aroma with a crisp texture and clean finish. Malt body is great for a lager. Super fresh hop! Really well constructed

Can at the source. Aroma and flavor are a copy. Toffee, soft caramel, scotch. Medium plus body with a deep, rich malts. Soft bitterness for balance. Quite nice!

Draft at HFS. Aroma of leafy green hops, mineral. Flavor is mild pine, soft herb, minerals. Very hop water like. I like hop water. It has a refreshing quality about it.

Bottle. Cherry is bold, earthy and lingering tart. Lime and orange are present throughout. Light acid with that Brother S mixed culture situation going on. Tart without a question.

Bottle at the source. Aroma is mild honey with long lingering Elijah Craig bourbon. The flavor is massively smooth. Honey, roasted malt, chocolate, mellow Elijah Craig Bourbon. Incredible flavor with no alcohol noticeable!! DAMN!!

4 oz draft. Aroma is nice natural peach. A ton of natural tart peach with just a touch of yeast. Paired perfectly with my spicy Buffalo tenders. Goes down smooth. Really good for a standard fruit beer!
