Creating Grande Tripel, we let our base Tripel take center stage, enhancing it with freshly roasted coffee and Madagascar vanilla bean caviar. The result is a gorgeous and harmonious Belgian-style Tripel with subtle coffee aromas and a palate rich in roasted coffee and vanilla. The coffee and vanilla notes are intentionally subtle. The end result is pillowy soft and will leave you curious for more.

Draught @ Masterdam Ale House, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025). Clear amber-gold with a very small frothy off-white head, caramel malt aroma, low carbonation, initially sweet caramel malt taste that goes medium bitter, toffee, dried fruits, alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Very smooth.

Canned 16JAN2025, drunk 24AUG2025. Thanks to Chalumeaux.
Clear, deep blonde-brass. Small-to-medium, white head.
Sweet, rich, honey-drenched malt with fruity, light roast coffee, it seems. Vanilla is soft, as well, minimal. Fruity Belgian esters and no crude phenols. No booze noted.
Soft, rich, malty, good attenuation and mild, fruity coffee with soft, buttery vanilla. Not crude, with lots of stone fruit, light pepper and mild apple. Rich honey lingering with some clove and roasty coffee. I think this is quite well-done and definitely works well.

16 oz can shared by TJ. Thank you. Aroma is bold coffee, soft vanilla. The Belgian yeast is almost hard to find underneath the two adjuncts. This tastes good. Bold coffee and vanilla.

Can shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Hazy, bright yellow, no sparkle, thin head with ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla and mellow coffee, faint fruit. Taste is strong sweet coffee, vanilla with fruit undertones. Frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. A delicious vanilla and coffee beverage but Tripel is all but lost--not super balanced. Enjoyable but not spectacular.

Orange with a huge fluffy head head that lingered. Bitter and tangy with brewed coffee, yeast and faint fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Pours a mostly clear gold with a healthy head of foam, lacing and retention is good.

Smell is coffee and vanilla. I get nothing else.

Taste is strong coffee notes, almost as strong vanilla notes, plenty of alcohol...I don't see any semblance of a base Tripel as stated on the label.

Fullish mouthfeel, to me this is not very drinkable.

16 ounce can from Lower Merion Beverage. Number one with a bullet. Amber orange pour. Large, rocky beige head. Subtle aroma of coffee and vanilla. Flavor is tangy citrus and Belgian yeastiness. More subtle notes of coffee and vanilla. Some booziness in middle. Dry bitter finish.
