375 ml from the membership. 885/ 1080. Aroma is pure Willet bourbon. A boat load of Willet. Light-to-medium mouthfeel, candied fruit, toffee, and a slightly boozy finish. If you love Willett, you will love this.

22 oz bottle shared by tfontana. Thank you! Vintage 2018. Aroma is smoky, char, sweet cognac. Flavor follows. Some sweet cognac throughout the sip with char, chocolate, and oak. Shows very weak blackberries. A decent array of flavors. No booze. Held up well!

Aroma of citrus, peach, pineapple. Balanced fruit and herbal hops with traces for tropical fruit. (Think soft mango, pineapple). With a very light herbal hop finish. Shows light juice. Super crushable!

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thank you Tom! Aroma of lactic acid that reminds me of lemon. Do I find strawberry?? No. It is a very lactic forward sour ale. I guess it’s a traditional sour ale, very kettle sour. Not my thing.

500 ml bottle. Thank you TJ! Number 1 with a bullet. Aroma is similar to a blonde brownie. Honey malts. Flavor has soft honey, mild grains, mild citrus. I wonder what this would’ve been like if it was held a little longer. Soft mouthfeel with a lightly sweet finish. Certainly is enjoyable.

500 ml from the membership. 99/ 1320. Aroma is red wine, dark fruit, toffee. Flavor is insanely rich with red wine, bourbon, dark fruit, mild English toffee, with a very soft sweetness. Prune, cherry… wow. Red wine and bourbon are in perfect harmony. Gosh DAMN!!

22 oz bottle shared by tfontana. Thank you! Vintage 2018. Aroma is soft smoke, subtle bourbon, dark fruit. Flavor is subtle smoke, roasted malt, and A note of dark fruit. Maybe plum good mouthfeel and has a medium body. Lightly sweet, low bourbon.

22 oz bottle shared by tfontana. Thank you! Date : Mar-23- 2018. Aroma is soft roast, mild bourbon soft chocolate. Flavor follows with a medium body maybe a tad thin. I don’t know what it was like fresh, but it certainly has held up.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thank you Tom! Flavor of white grapefruit, mango, candied lemon. Oranges. Malt is moderately sweet giving white bread characteristics. Smooth, soft mouthfeel. As you would expect from the style and brewer.
