16 oz. can. Crystal clear, golden appearance. Nose shows pilsner malt, mild minerals, yeast. A good deal of honey and a solid backing of biscuit and minerals. Soft black pepper. Clean and clear, with no aggressive hops. In the mouth it's malty, clean and very crisp.

375 ml bottle from our membership. # 350 /1200. Aroma is raisins, prune, and toffee. The bourbon is here. Yet, very smooth. No alcohol can be traced anywhere here. Sweet but the bourbon bounces that out. Another Barreled Souls gem!!

375 ml bottle from our membership. # 388 /1200. Aroma is like putting Knob Creek to the nose. A touch of marshmallow. Flavor is Knob Creek with the softer roasted malt. The knob creek bourbon is dominant.

Flavor and aroma are identical. Mild yeast and bold grain. Little bit of mineral character. Crisp texture with a very soft sweet finish. Nice malt backbone for such a light lager.

passionfruit, peach-ish. Flavor is a bold rendition of the aroma. big bold juicy fruits. Very mild citrus sweetness that lingers after the sip.

12 oz ca. thank you Tom!! Taste is the old school lager taste from yester year. Appearance is golden with a good head. Aroma is hay, straw and yeast. Flavor follows. Thin texture.

500 ml bottle from our membership. # 732/1200. Aroma is coconut from oak, vanilla, dates. Flavor is sugar coated dates, raisins, and a coconut hint. Funny, I do get some alcohol that is a bit uncharacteristic of this amazing brewery. Overall, good not great.

500 ml bottle from our membership. # 732/1200. Aroma is oak, mild cherry, soft, caramel. Flavor is the same. Soft molasses. Soft alcohol found here. But still pretty good for Bombs over Barley Wine series.
