CLW Profile - Brewver

12 oz can. Aroma of green apple, acid, mild Funk. Flavor follows with a bone dry texture. Certainly drinkable. I’m not very inspired by this though. Not much else to really report here.

16 oz. can. From The City, Sanford, ME. Aroma is soft roasted malt, mild chili, cocoa. As long as I remind myself, this is under 6%, everything turns out fine. Mild cocoa, mild roast, and very light chilies. Body could use a little oats or a little more “beef”, it’s OK.

Aroma shows me tangerines, mild pineapple, a bit of citrus pith. Normal carbonation in a medium body. Flavor has the fruit upfront and then turns to mild resinous hops, with a note of herb. Malt definitely gives a sweet impression. Borderline too sweet. Very good but glad I am drinking this right now. Any more time sitting and I would worry about the sweetness.

16 oz. can. Aroma has mild passionfruit, pineapple, citrus.
Flavor follows with traces of white wine. Very soft, herbal bitterness that helps balance the fruit. The balance is very nice. Extremely juicy and drinkable. Very nice!

16 oz. can. Aroma has citrus, pineapple, like ants and mild herb. The pineapple and orange falls through in the flavor. Very light herb in the finish. Solid amount of juice in the texture. Decent strength.

12 oz can. Aroma shows spice, sweet apples, wood. Flavor follows with a little bit of whiskey, sour hints toward the finish. Spice, whiskey, tart apples. It is ok.
