Pours a fairly clear deep gold color with a small frothy white head that persists. Spice and clove with a bit of earthy floral nose and bits of bready maltiness.Flavor has a hint of spiciness that presents to the back of the throat.Its not horribly spicy but it does linger. I couldn't drink these all day but it was nice to try.

Cloudy dark brown with out much carbonation or head left. Cherry lactic nose, caramel fruity tart oxidized flavor. Not bad but was probably better fresh.
Lightly cloudy dark yellow with hint of dirty pink to it and a thin bubbly head that leaves early. Sweet apple and cherry with that rustic hibiscus note. Pretty nice.

Lightly hazy light golden, big prickly carbonation. Tart fruity sour earthy funky. Very nice Gueuze.
Brilliant deep gold color with a bubbly white head that shows great retention. Rich bready crackery maltiness with some spicy floral hops to counter. Really nice beer.

Mostly clear deep gold color with a decent sized white head that persists. Crisp clean bready crackery maltiness with bits of earth and floral and fruitiness to counter. Nice brew.
Cloudy murky dark yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Fresh squeezed juice with bits of earth and grass with a hint of bready malt. Ugly beer but smells and drinks great.
