Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden an clear, very gentle carbonation and no head.
Nose - funky wood and candied lemon.
Taste - sweet fir and red cherry notes. Some wood funk at the back.
Palate - medium bodied, dry and funky middle and finish.
Overall - good.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl.
Appearance - hazy yellow with very gentle carbonation. No head.
Nose - candied ginger and dried orange. Soft wood and brown sugar.
Taste - still getting ginger, fresh pineapple and orange too.
Palate - spicy dried fruit nose but much fresher on the taste. Refreshing acidity, good linger. Medium bodied.
Overall - very good indeed!

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - opaque matt black with a foamy beige head.
Nose - tar, burnt wood and molasses.
Taste - deep chewy toffee and into molasses, hazelnuts, so praline and still some burnt wood going on.
Palate - medium plus bodied. Creamy and sweet. Then a roasty finish.
Overall - great stuff!

Appearance - surprisingly, only slight haze, nowhere near murk that's for sure. Yellow in colour with a fluffy, snow white head.
Nose - lemon and floral, gorse maybe.
Taste - mainly citrus again, but edging into pineapple. Some grassiness too.
Palate - light bodied, dry and zesty finish.
Overall - good!

Appearance - deep copper with a foamy, yellowy to cream head.
Nose - burnt toffee, orange shred and earthy.
Taste - more dirty marmalade and toffee.
Palate - medium to full bodied, sticky sweet !
Overall - lovely!

Appearance - jet black with a lovely, creamy, tan to beige head.
Nose - chocolate, toffee and smoke, with some pine in the background.
Taste - more chocolate, roast, pine and smoke.
Palate - medium bodied, roasty and light hop and malt bitterness.
Overall - this is great!

Appearance - murky to milky yellow with a foamy snow white head.
Nose - orange zest and pineapple. Maybe a hint of grass.
Taste - juicy pineapple, melon and mango. Still some grassiness lurking.
Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy texture and then a zesty finish.
Overall - great stuff!

75cl bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - very pale yellow with gentle carbonation (a very satisfying pop on opening and then easy).
Nose - baked apple, spice, earthy and forest floor.
Taste - sweet and baked apple, light spice and earthy.
Palate - light to medium bodied, light sweetness and then tangy, dryness on the finish.
Overall - very easy, if a little simple for these guys.
