Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Beige head.
Nose - cherry, prune and chocolate.
Taste - raspberry this time and chocolate. General liqueur thing.
Palate - medium bodied, sweet and a little boozy. Creamy middle and finish.
Overall - good.

Appearance - deep amber but still fairly clear, off white head.
Nose - red fruit, orange peel, pine and cakey.
Taste - more red fruit, dried orange and cake.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy and then a slightly roasty dry finish.
Overall - great stuff!

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep amber to brown and not completely hazy. Fluffy off-white head.
Nose - burnt toffee, nougat and malt loaf. A bit earthy actually.
Taste - chewy toffee, dried orange peel and again earthy.
Palate - medium bodied, a bit chewy. Fairly dry on the finish.
Overall - a good example of the style.

Appearance - cloudy amber with a soft lacy white head.
Nose - orange, melon, peach, mango with an edge of pine.
Taste - peach, apricot, melon and grassy.
Palate - creamy in texture, close to medium bodied, dry, zesty finish.
Overall - good stuff!

Bonnie N' Clyde - American Pale Ale from Loch Lomond Brewery was the one that did it!

Appearance - golden and clear with a thin white head.
Nose - pine resin and dried orange.
Taste - dried orange, apricot, bread and light spice.
Palate - close to medium bodied, oily texture and dry, bitter finish.
Overall - on style.

Can from Appellation Wines. The can looks different but it's the same ABV so reckon this is a rebrew of exactly the same beer.
Appearance - deep golden and hazy. Fluffy but neat white head.
Nose - lemon, bread and hay.
Taste - orange barley water this time, some grassiness.
Palate - light bodied but very textured, zesty dry finish.
Overall - decent..

Appearance - very pale yellow with a very slight haze and a fluffy snow white head.
Nose - delicate floral and lemon.
Taste - light bread, floral and citrus again.
Palate - light bodied, dry finish.
Overall - good example of how the style can work well!
