A brown beer, almost without head, only beige bubbles. Aroma has grain, some spicyness of juniper and yeast. Taste has grain, fruitness of banana, hint of spicyness. Medium+ bodied, smooth. Balanced, easier -type of sahti.

A coppery beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has breadyness and herbs. Tast has breadyness and herbs. Both in aroma and taste has some mustyness. Medium bodied. Nothing wrong there, but the style is only boring.
