Oakes Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Has a pale brownish colour. No head. Good nutmeg on the nose, the usual toffee sugar notes of the base beer. On the palate, it's got a little cinnamon and vanilla, more nutmeg, toffee sugars, and there's a touch of fruitiness to that barley wine as well. Pretty good balance.

Pale and opaque. Thin head. This has a peachy hop aroma, and a light malt. This has a sort of a dry finish, but lowish bitterness, and then there's that peachy, somewhat floral but an odd husky character as well.

Pale and hazy. Thin head. The aroma is quince on the palate, and the quince is strong. There's a fresh juiciness, good complexity, and a very nice quince character.
