Oakes Profile - Brewver

Opaque, medium head. Like a hop salad but there’s random elements coming through- mosaic and el dorado. I wish I got the belma and the h blanc…I’d like to see those two together. Maybe in a pils, not a dipa.

Hazy, a bit grassy, onion, ok malt. A touch hot in the finish but for me it's more the grassiness that holds it back a bit.

Slight haze, pale amber. Soft body, low brett, minimal really, the hops lend mellow bitterness and a splash of pine. But the base need more bugs…feels too young.

Slight haze, pale amber, medium head. Good bitterness, some onion, grassy, so not my favourite hop character but well-balanced, bit of alcohol in the finish.
