Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy red colour with a small off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is funky and fruity with some slight plum tones as well as some tartness to it. Flavour is tart berries, some wood, mild dried fruity tones with some slight funky and peppery tones.

Bottle from Finback: pours cloudy pink with pink white head. Aroma is plummy, yeasty, funky. Taste is somewhat sweet, perhaps a bit tart, very fruity. Soft carbonation. I personally liked it, but based on the other reviews, it seems controversial.

On tap at Finback LIC, labeled as Opalescent 2022. Hazy, strawberry stemware pour with a lingering gentle lather. Earthy cherry blossom & citrus rind nose with a slight soda chem. Sour plum skin, somewhat tannic, strawberry floral over cherry tartness, very minor Sidra funk, minerally finish. Approachable & delicious. Way different from what I had via bottle. 2.9 Bottle from my Secret Santa. Tulip @home. Hazy, dull, raspberry pour. Soft, felt head. Sour, plastic, glue, exhaust, strong rose, twangy fruit. Continuing the twang. Plastic, watermelon, lime, aspartame, bubble gum, apple sourness, lots of vinegar, glue, medium & prickly low carb. Reminds me of wild cider without the r&d.

[ As Finback Opalescent ].
ABV: 7.2%. Hazy - murky medium red colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, plums, rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, tart - sour, plums, sweet berries, rhubarb, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220511]

Tap@Finback/Sand City TTO, Himmeriget (11/05/2022) - Prominent plum tartness not ten fore, plum skin, sour with nice acidity and carbonation, medium body, lingering tart plum finish. Good stuff.
