Bottle pour at the brewery. Pours an unclear, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is orange cream, grass clippings, vanilla, almond, and chamomile. Sweet and malty, with a light, crisp bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and fluffy. Bright, aromatic, and quite interesting. Nice.

Bottle taste. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is maple syrup, black limes, cloves, and sea salt. Sweet and sugary, with a bold, surprisingly clean sour flavor. Light body, smooth, and only a little acidic. Simple and quality.

Draft at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a small, foamy, khaki head. The nose is chicory, allspice, baking chocolate, and sherry. Sweet and malty, with a mild, harsh, bitterness. Light to medium body, slick, and a bit acidic. Interesting and easy, if a bit thin and harsh.

2021 bottle. Pours dark, reddish brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is peat smoke, brandied cherry, leather, toasted oak, cloves, and vanilla. Dry and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, grainy, and velvety. Nice and complex, with a lot of barrel notes and depth.
