Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is mandarin, juniper, water cracker, and straw. Dry and grainy, with a fair, crisp bitterness. Light, slick, and a bit sharp. Nice and clean.

Taster at the COS location. Clear, brown color, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is caramel, pumpernickel, pecan, light grass, and nutmeg. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Light body, smooth, and clean. Easy and solid.

Small building in OCC. There is parking, but it's awkward to find. The rooftop seating and outdoor tables are lovely, and the views are fantastic. Mostly lagers and IPAs, but some fun stuff. The bartender was quick and friendly. No food, but there are food trucks sometimes. Prices are pretty steep, especially for pilsners and standard IPAs. Solid place, with a fun vibe and quality beer.

375 mL cork and cage bottle. Pours dark, reddish-brown, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is raspberry, lemon zest, vanilla, some musty tannins, and cherry juice. Sweet and juicy, with a mild, pleasant bitterness. Quite tart. Medium body, smooth, and a bit acidic. Easy, fruity, and quite tasty.

16 oz. can. Pours dark amber, with a smaller, bubbly, tan head. The nose is whole grains, sawdust, toffee, coriander, and wet grass. Sweet and malty, with an assertive, dank bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and sharp. Nice enough, if a bit aggressive.
