Big restaurant, right off the highway. Cool, wilderness lodge decor, with a cozy central bar. The waiter was a bit slow, but friendly enough. The menu is lacking, showing only the flagships, and the rotating taps are not obvious, and the waiter didn't know them. Solid food. Prices are not on the menu, and seem a bit high. Not the best place, but cool and convenient.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is distinct maple syrup, pecan, vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, and butterscotch. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, tangy finish. Light to medium body, slick, and a bit acidic. Pleasant and quite fun.

16 oz. can. Pours black, with a big, dense, brown head. Rich dark chocolate, cinnamon, toffee, mild roasted chile, and caramel. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild, balancing bitterness. Very heavy body, chewy, and thick. Beautiful!

Sweet and lightly phenoic, with a mellow, sticky bitterness. Light to medium body, slick, and a little acidic. Sharp, aggressive, yet kinda light and zesty.
