[On tap at Brewdog, Waterloo.] A hazy pale straw coloured pour with a thick white head; gentle tropical fruit aroma; smooth fruity body with some pineapple and guava; and a lingering fruity milkshake finish.

Surprised I’ve not rated here before, as it was a frequent drop in when I worked in this part of London. A basic ‘spoons, but beer is always in good condition and they often have additions to the company list. Convenient if using Victoria station, and better than the one on the station concourse.

1886 Dark Mild from Dorking Brewery

[Cask at the Willow Walk (JDW), Victoria.] A very dark chestnut pour with a tight cream head; malty aroma; quite thin in the mouth with an earthy malt taste; and a sweet nutty finish. A nice old-fashioned mild.
