Can (6/29/22) shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Cloudy dark yellow-light brown with cap of head and no lacing. Aroma is pine, spice. Taste is strong cinnamon, spices, oak. Smooth, silky texture, finish as taste. Not bad but not getting chamomile or wine barrel.

Bottle from the brewery. Inky, opaque black with ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong earthy, slightly peaty malt, banana as it warms. Taste is mix of strong banana, vanilla, lighter chocolate and orange. Smooth, thick texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Well made but, in its quest for breadth, it may compromise a true identity. Still good.

Crowler from the brewery, drunk 2 weeks after capped--crowler machine BROKEN after this so did it get packaged correctly? Iced tea/honey brown with nice ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong diacetyl, mild caramel. Taste is diacetyl, caramel, light toffee. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Some good aspects here, but diacetyl is prevalent. Unclear if crowler malfunction accounted for off taste--I think so. I will try to have a fresh sample in the future.

Can shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Apple cider look, ring of head, nice viscosity. Aroma is strong nuts, milk sugar, mild fruit and a tartness that seems like it came up again. Taste is strong sweet/tart fruit, mild nuts, lactose. Not the same tartness/bilious quality as aroma. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Don't know that I need to experience actual Christmas Snow Salad.
