Tap at the brewery. May 2025. Pours clear mid gold with white foam. Aroma: malt, grapefruit, caramel. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, follows the aroma. Citrussy West coast leaning. Medium boby with soft carbonation. Old school gear, tidy.

Bottle from Beer Without Borders. Pours clear dark copper amber with beige foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, hedgerow fruits. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter. Medium body with average carbonation.

750ml wired cork bottle from Darts Farm. Cage off and cork ejected itself, no spillage though. Pours pale yellow gold with huge dissipating opaque loose foamy head. Aroma: white grape, merest apple hints. Taste: firmly dry, light sharp, more white wine vibes. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. It's not cider, it's champagne.
