Can from the brewery. Golden yellow pour with some haze and a white head. Pine, spicy hop aromas, hinting at fruit. Flavor is strong on the pine hops as well, sweet and slightly toasty honey malt beneath. Strong, fairly sweet, and pretty tasty.

16 oz can. Pours an unclear pinkish amber with a white head. Light raspberry grape aroma. Flavor has raspberry, doughy malt, honey. Kind of has a sugary glaze taste to it, very fitting given what they were going for. Not bad.

12 oz can. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Citrus, pale malt aroma. Flavors of citrus, pine, pale malt, a bit of butterscotch. Not very bitter, with a medium body. Alright.

Nice, small place open to the general public inside Schoolcraft's VistaTech Center, just a small bar and a handful of tables. Only a handful of other customers and one bartender in the front of the house. Beer is brewed to style and high quality, and the fact that it's a college brewing program means the beer menu is nicely varied instead of only focusing on what sells, which is definitely a plus! As Schoolcraft is known for its culinary program, my food was of course excellent as well, and again there is some decent variety on the food menu. Would certainly return.

On tap at the Craft Grille. Pours a dark brown with a white head. Aroma has some chemically bandaid, but somehow not unpleasant? Hmm. Flavor is mostly smoky, but not overwhelming, some smooth dark cocoa, very nice!

On tap at the Craft Grille. Pours a pale yellow, clear, with a white head. White grape and green apple aroma. Green apple, pear, yeasty bubble gum, a bit on the lighter side as tripels go. Nice.
