12 oz can. Golden pour wit a small while head that slowly fades away. The aroma is very mild and with saz hops and some sweetened grains. The taste likewise is mild hops, sweet grass, and some indistinct grains. The palate is medium but the carbonation is weak, so weak its almost flat. Finishes short and forgettable. Overall: meh. Why bother canning this stuff?

375 ml bottle. Pours a deep dark purple color. The aroma is quite strong with mixed berries. The taste also features mixed Berries rather prominently (loganberries and tayberries I guess--I'm not very familiar with either of them). The taste is rather tart at the onset but that gives way to a honey sweetness. The palate is full as always. Finishes incredibly long and sticky with blackberries lingering. Overall: Awesome mead. paired well with some Lancashire cheese

Pint can. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold color with a big sudsy white head with fair retention and lacing. The aroma features spicy noble hops and some grains. The taste mirrors the aroma--a big noble hop presence with some mixed grains. Bitterness is moderate. The palate is clean and crisp. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Damn Fine pilsener

8.4 oz can. Pours a clear yello9w color with a big sudsy white head that soon vanishes. The aroma is faint with grains and a bit of green weeds. The taste like the aroma is grains, something weedy and some spicy hops. The palate is medium. Finishes short and dry with some lingering hops. Overall: Nice but not that nice.

pint can. pours a clear 14k gold color with a large foamy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is cereal grains and a trace of spicy hops. The taste is grains, corn, and a good dose of spicy noble hops. The palate was light and crisp with very lively/prickly carbonation. Finished medium and duration with lingering hops. Overall: Not bad for a fizzy yellow beer.

375ml bottle. Batch 1. Pours a deep dark purple color. The aroma is strong with mixed berries. The taste is a big blast of tart berries, something of a mix of blackberries and blueberries. There some woody tannins in there too. The taste is quite tart with only a trace of sweetness. The palate is full and coats the mouth well. Finishes incredibly long and complex with different taste sensations arising long after the glass is done. Overall: Just fantastic.

Pint Can. pours a hazy dark yellow/amber color with a medium white head that soon fades into a fine scum. The aroma is big and bold with mango, grapefruit and lemongrass. The taste is not as bold as the aroma would suggest--I get lots of mango and papaya with just a trace of bitter grapefruit. The palate is full and the carbonation is soft. Finishes somewhat short and dry. Overall: Decent, but not my fav DIPA by far.
