Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A). Can 33 cl - Batch HG.101-1820 (BB: 21.11.26) AROMA: medium hop aroma (herbal, slight pine, lupulin, slight grapefruit) and a neutral and faintly sweet background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with ok retention. TASTE: medium-low hop flavor (pine, slight grapefruit and lupulin). low sweet background counter-balanced with medium-high bitterness. finishes semi-dry, bitter but also with a slight sweet aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok non-alcoholic west coast IPA.

AROMA: medium hop aroma (pine, lupulin, lime). low neutral malt background, slightly sweet and faintly worty. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor (pine, resin, lupulin) with very low beer wort background. medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly hoppy finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an OK low alcohol IPA.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29C: lactose, orange, mango, calamansi / 28D adapted: low alcohol). Can 50 cl - Batch 12.08.2026 (BB: 12.08.2026) AROMA: medium fruity aroma (mango and citrus fruits) with a low neutral-sour background. APPEARANCE: orange body and opaque. low off-white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity flavor (citrus-like, mango) with a medium-high neutral sour background. slight sweetness present. medium-low to low bitterness with an almost dry and sour finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting low alcohol pastry sour that needs a bit tweaking on the acid/lactose balance.

AROMA: medium-low herbal and citrus aroma with a medium wort-like sweet background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium herbal notes with some citrus (lemon, orange-like), followed by medium-high sweet beer wort. high bitterness with a dry finish but still with notes of wort. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. harshness from bitterness and astringency. OVERALL: a low alcohol tripel-like beer with too much wort character and a harshness from excessive bitterness and astringency.

APPEARANCE: gold color and hazy with large clumps of sediment. medium white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop notes (fresh-green, lime-like) followed by a slightly sweet-and-sour background. low bitterness with a semi-sweet finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an NA IPA with ok aroma but with a somewhat unusual flavor. also the appearance need a lot of improvement.

Can 44 cl - Batch L1 07:47 (BB: 04/03/27) AROMA: medium-low beer wort aroma, followed by low herbal hops. medium-low to low metallic background. APPEARANCE: gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: medium-low cereal-like flavor (grainy) with a bit of wort character. low herbaceous hops. medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter aftertaste. low metallic background. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok NA pilsner with decent drinkability.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 25A adapted: low alcohol). Can 33 cl - Batch 10:15 (BB: 28/11/26) AROMA: medium wort profile with low notes of hops (pine), slight esters (oranges) and phenolics (clove). APPEARANCE: yellow color and cristal clear but with ifne particulatres in suspension. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium-low sweet beer wort flavor, followed by very low esters (oranges) and faint hops (resin-like). medium to medium-high bitterness trying to counterbalance the wort sweetness but finishes somewhat sweet with some bitterness lingering. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a low alcohol Blonde-type of beer with interesting fermentation notes but with a wort presence that is a bit too much.
