This Mocha stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, deep brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include black toast, smoke, dark chocolate, coffee and a little cardboard. First swig was delicious. Not quite as creamy as it looked like it was going to be but flavourful nonetheless. Flavours of coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and cream just to name a few. This IPA poured a medium yellow colour with a big old creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, grassy hops, cooked veggies and must. First swig was shockingly hoppy. After my tastebuds got pummelled with flavour and were calmed down, tastes of grass, resin, citrus hops along with a little malt were found. Finish is bitter. With nothing but hop flavour lingering. Just another over-hopped beer.
