Can poured into a snifter. Deep brown with a fizzy beige head. Aroma is chocolate, pecan pie filling, pecans, graham crackers. Initial taste is much the same with a dose of bourbon. Fades to pie filling, chocolate, bourbon. Body is full with pleasant carbonation. Delicious and dangerous.

Can poured into a snifter. Black with a fizzy brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, bourbon. Initial taste is coffee, dark chocolate, bourbon, oak. Fades to mild dark chocolate, coffee, roast. Full body and easy carbonation. Just a really solid imperial stout.

Bottle poured into a chalice. Deep brown with a large, thick beige head. Aroma is light caramel malt, dark fruit. Initial taste is caramel, prunes, red raisins. Fades to caramel brulee, sweet bread, spice, dark fruits. Carbonation is a little high but body is full. Enjoyable!

On tap at the Marriott Marquis. Cloudy gold with no head. Aroma is lemon, straw, yeast. Initial taste is lemon and Belgian yeast. Fades, to tart lemon, straw. Body is a touch thin.

On tap at the Marriott Marquis. Cloudy dark gold hue and a small white head. Aroma is citrus, light herbal hops. Initial taste is lightly sweet citrus. Fades to a strong hop bitterness. Body is a touch thin for a DIPA. Even carbonation.
