The brewery and the taproom at Humboldt Park has opened in November 2024. It's on a corner lot between two avenues with a large garden. They had 5 beers on tap plus 2 guest beers. The specialize in low ABV beers, with no distribution elsewhere. It's like a fresh breat of air, with quite tasty beers. They don't sell in cans as well.

Draught @ Bitter Pops, Chicago IL. Faintly cloudy lemon yellow with a small frothy white head, citrusy malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sweet grainy spicy taste, thin body, long finish. Smooth and easy to drink.

Draught @ Maria's Packaged Goods, Chicago IL (Jan 2026). Clear reddish brown with a small frothy beige head, faint caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste, faint toast, smooth body, long caramel finish. Nice dunkel!

Can, from Binny's Beverage Depot, Chicago IL. Pouts cloudy dark yellow with a small frothy off-white head, mango-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter mango-citrus taste, faint pineapple, smooth body, long finish. Very juicy!
