Draught @ Pilot Project-Wrigleyville, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Faintly cloudy dark golden-orange with a foamy off-white head, very faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sweet citrusy taste with piney undertones, thin body, long finish. Though listed as a NE IPA, it's ot really like one, but still fine.

Large resturant with an attached lounge and a beer garden outside. Woodtop bar on one side, tall tables, the usual sports on LCD TVs, 24 beers on tap from 7 affiliated client breweries, small but interesting food menu. Nice and clean place.

Can @ Pilot Project Wrigleyville, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Cloudy dark yellow-orange with a foamy off-white head, faint grain aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter piney taste grainy undertones, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Not at typical NEIPA.

Can, from Whole Foods South Loop, Chicago IL. Pours extremely hazy bright yellow with a large off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, faint coriander, thin body, long medium bitter to bitter finish. Solid NE DIPA.
