Visited in October 2025. Very large restaurant/brewpub with a modern design, open kitchen, the usual abundance of LCD TVs streaming sports. Interestingly for such a small town, it's right across the street from another brewery. They have a rich food menu but the items I've tried were not very tasteful, although quite pricey. The beers were also quite mediocre.

Draught @ the brewery (Oct 2025). Extremely hazy bright pale uellow with a small foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel, faint unripe mango-guava taste, smooth body, long finish. Solid NEIPA.

Can @ Clark Street Ale House, Chicago IL (Dec 2025). Pours extremely hazy dark yellow-orange with a very small frothy off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter mango-citrus peel taste lavender flavor, alcohol undertones, somewhat thick body, long finish. Tasteful NEDIPA.

Draught @ The Beer Temple, Chicago IL (Nov 2025). Extremely hazy dull dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel-pineapple taste, alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitterish finish with some throat burn. Nice NEDIPA but the alcohol escapes a bit.

Bottle @ Beer Temple, Chicago, IL. #43655, dated 2018. Pours murky reddish brown with a very small frothy beige ring for a head, woodsy caramel aroma, low carbonation, bitterish caramel malt taste, woodsy flavor, alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish with alcohol aftertaste. Not as boozy as expected.
