Draught @ the brewery (Sept 2024). Extremely hazy dark yellow with a foamy beige head, citrus peel-coriander aroma, adequate carbonation, citrus peel-mango taste with faint coriander, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and flavorful.

Draught @ the brewery (Sept 2024). Cloudy lemon yellow with a frothy off-white head, citrus-coriander aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with faint coriander/orange flavor, thin body, long lemon peel finish. A very flavorful NEIPA.

Draught @ the brewery (Sept 2024). Extremely hazy darkish yellow, like grapefruit juice, small foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter mandarin peel taste with mango, smooth thin body, long finish. A nice brew!

Draught @ the brewpub (Sept 2024). Clean dark brown with red highlights and small foamy beige head, faint dark roasted malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter dark roasted malt taste, faint caramel flavor, thin smooth body, long bitter finish. Very good Schwarzbier.

Visited in Sept 2024. A huge brewery and restaurant with self service on one side and full table service on the other. It was almost deserted in the early afternoon I visited. They also have a self service beer wall. Over 32 beers on tap in additions to seltzers, etc. They had actually too many IPAs on the list. There is a good food menu. They would need hundreds of people to fill this space, I wish them good luck with that. The beers were not bad, though pricey as Manhattan.
