Draught @ Great Central Brewing taproom, Chicago (October 2024). Extremely hazy bright yellow with a large foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Flavorful.

Visited in October 2024. Huge industrial style space within a red brick building. The most amazing thing is that you have to take an elevator to restroom, which is one floor up. There is no access through stairs! No food, 24 on tap with 7 of their own beers. A shuffle board in one corner. Very interesting place.

Draught @ Downer's Grove location, IL (Oct 2024). Clear dark amber/copper with a foamy light beige head, faint orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly piney taste, thin smooth body, long finish. Smooth brew!

Visited in October 2024. Large place on the Main street with vats on the corner, visible through glass panels. Long wood top bar, high top and regular tables in two chambers, 10 beers on tap, extensive food menu.

Draught @ Double Windsor, Brooklyn (Apr 2025). Opaque dark brown with a small foamy tan head, dark roasted malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter to bitter caramel-chocolatey mocha taste, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and tasty.

Can @ Double Windsor, Brooklyn. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow with a small frothy light beige head, orangey aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mange taste, faint peach flavor, somewhat thick body, long finish. Flavorful goodness!

Can. Pours cloudy lemon yellow with a small foamy whitish head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with faint pineapple, thin body, long medium bitter finish, Decent, not terribly remarkable.
