Must have sampled it at least twice, and be mindblown twice. 90 - 100 : absolutely amazing. I'd like a drink like this anytime, even if it ain't the cheapest. 80-90 : Very damn good. It'll depend a bit more on the price - but this is probably one to seek out. 70-80 : better than average . Will likely enjoy again if it's priced compeditive. 70 : Average score for anything with alcohol . // 50 : The absolute middlepoint ( pure H2O ) Anything with alcohol beneath 50 is simply not worth drinking (seriously, concider your liver) // 05 : The absolute, final downpoint . Songs shall be written about how this attack to the tastebuds has started a rage within, killing inocent bystanders for no apparent reason - other than the fact my life is ruined by drinking this. On the other hand, it's kinda interesting to try something THIS bad, so you should probably seek it out ! As you can see, I use the FULL scale , and a rating of 70 by myself isn't bad at all !

bottled november 2019 - aged eversince in my cellar, because when the hell do you solo dome a bomber of 12,4% ? Well, today, it seems.

Pours quite dark ambercopper, medium small white, medium-low stability slightly off-white head. Scent is raw, grainy, reminding me of a flemish red in a way, mild oak, but no specific sherry (or even more specific, amontilldo) character. taste is quite harsh, rubbery, not acidic, but surely very flanders red like appart from that, meaty, oak, bit funky, red fruit touches, malty. Medium thick body, low carbo. very 'filling' beer. Again, oak recognizable. Sherry is a far stretch, amontillado? Name me 1 person who has been able to blindly recognize amontillado specifically in this, I would be impressed XXL edition. Which is OK, it doesn't make it a bar beer, but given the name I would have hoped for it to be much, much more recognizable and amontillado forward. Not a bad beer, but barely surpasses the average mark.

Pours clear, slighlty darker blonde / amber. medium large, fairly stable white head. Scent is very full, funky, oaky, and specifically mineral - almost to a Cantillon level. very raw grainy base. Lovely! Taste is full, sharp, very mineral, tad smokey almost, tough funk, brett, bit rubbery though. oaky, outspoken minerality. This has some aspects of the amazing geus genereus! I do really like this, even woith the 'rubbery' aspect I'd think of as a negative. Quite harsh acidity in the back but it doesn't linger, it has some oxidative notes and ends quite full, outspoken on minerality and funk rather than acidity.

Pours a black, nearly headless thick liquid. Scent is roasty, some coffee. Not as intense or outspoken as i expected. Taste is full, roasty, some soy, intense alcohol obviously, but it could be far worse i suppose. However, the beer doesnt benefit from it, bit of an extremety for attentiok rather than quality. Mild simingly spicy finish, burny from alcohol or acutally some peppers? Nothing to much out of the ordinary besides that. Thick, coffee, roasty, purr chocolate, and fairly sweet. Low carbo.

Pours fairly clear, slightly darker blonde. Medium sized head fades very fast. Scent has a lot of funky, brett, woody notes filling the room from a distance. up close completely overpowered by the fruits, in a good way! Robust yet refined, a balance few have been as sucesfull at, as Antidoot has been in several of their beers. Taste is full on fruityness, peaches take the strong upperhand. Acidity is much, much milder than anticipated. Some brett, but also less than expected. Woodyness doesn't rise above the fruits, really. Medium thick body with medium low carbo. not at all bad, but i would have enjoyed it a bit more with some higher acidity .

Pours a clear, bit darker blonde amber. Big white head. Scent is relatively mild, brett focussed. Taste is dry, very woody, funky, medium mild acidity , but very pronounced aromatic features from the wildness, brett but also citrussy acid, silent on acetic though. Medium Mild bitterness that's ( for a lambicbeer) to the higher side. Cognac is surprisingly mild. A very decent geuze, but not the prime pick of boerenerf's offerings.

Pours a dark murky orznge. Big white head. Scent is full, intense malty breadyness. Funky, brett. Taste is full, fairly acidic, mild acetic, pronounced wood and brett. Touch minthy in a way. Dark malts dont specifically present themselves , but builds another layer. Slightly 'plasticy' to me though. Not their best one but certainly acceptable.

Pours a clear, slightly darker blonde. Surprisingly slow rising, stable white head. Scent is typical cantullon funk. Slightly more woody perhaps than the regular OG, touch more pronounced and only a slight whiff of what seems to be cognac. Taste is full, at the very first hit, the barrels deliver their aroma's, even a touch of seemingly sweet character. Refined aroma from the cognac, more gentle persuasive 'sweet' touch from the rum. Obviously the lambic isnt overpowered, and is still acidic, funky, woody, typical cantillon. Outspokenly mineral. Is it just me, or do the 50n 4e's get better and better ? Wasnt a big fan of the series before but it's riging up the ranks when they do stuff like this !

Cellar dwellar i've been keeping myself since release. Finally relieved from its corked existance in 2026... pours dark alber, quite a big and stable white head! Scent is dusty, funky lambic, oak, mild fruityness, still. taste is surprisingly vibrant. very matruee, citrussy, yet complex acidity. Damp cellar (in a good wayà) loads of oak, very dry, mild fruityness still rpesent. Aged gracefully, old in the best ways a lambic can get old, let alone a fruit lambic. Still a good, even relatively high carbonation. This held up incredibly well, and is nowhere near the drainpour I feared it to be. Perhaps slightly less fruity, but I like it more now, than I remember I ever liked it fresh !

Pours clear, amberblonde. medium sized, very stable white head. Scent is very funky, woody, smells way older than i'd expect. Taste is sharp, less funky than expected. Mildly woody, certainly acidic, but balanced. Old Oak, citrussy. the 40/60 is perhaps a touch more outspoken, intense, but less on the citrussy, fruity side. both are pretty good, this one being the (very close) second for me.

Pours clear, amberblonde. medium sized, very stable white head. Scent is very funky, mushroomy, slighlty woody,. 60/40 scented more like what I'd expect from this one, this one is the expectations on steroids. Taste is sharp, very similar to the other one. perhaps feels a bit more 'deepened out'. not more acidic, but longer lasting, more complex, more up front and longer lasting. Gives in on the citrussyness the 60/40 excelled at. I perhaps slightly enjoy this one a touch more, but it's very close.
