2017 vintage, opened late 2025. Pours clear dark copperbrown. Small white head. Toffee, mild earthyness. Caramelly taste is very nice, fall-leaves, caramelly, dark fruits, some raisin like features. Barrel is very smooth and mellow, obviously since it has a few years on it as well. More than decent, showing no real age downfall ! Medium boozy finish.

Pours a clear (though bottom of the bottle has some flakes) medium colored blonde. Rather big white head fades fast. Scent is OB , but significantly more barnyard / hay . Not very whisky like aroma's , but also not usually found even remotely as strong in OB. A sharp, slightly booze-oriented undertone from the whisky is recognizable. This seems interesting. Taste is full, tart and fairly dry, stronger in character than regular OB - whilst still maintaining somewhat recognizable, and very 'fullbodied'. Whisky is recognizable, but never dominates, or gets boozy. Quite remarkable as a lambic, with the whisky right where you'd want it to be, recognizable as an extra, but not overpowering. However, the sum of it's parts doesnt overclass both seperately. What doés make this one stand out is it's body, and it's intensity. OB character, but far more outspoken, which is always great !

Pours a hazed yellowblonde. Small white head. Scent is (yellow) fruity, lactose like, too. Not very hoppy idea, exspecially if you call it an IPA it seems like that should be more front-rowed. Taste is full, medium bitter. hollow NA base. Sweet, very sweet. Lactose isn't on the ingredient list, but seems so specifically present. Decent to try, for sure, but woudn't really choose it again easely, it's quite cloying and dies down even before the aftertaste kicks in.

Pours a medium dark amberblonde. Medium sized head fades relatively fzdt. Overwhelming scent of mature brett, wood, and thick citrusy notes fill the room. Up close, the typical boon character. Full and fruity. Taste is quite dry, intense, noticable boozybess. Typical boon fruityness, and , here it is, it reminds me of vat 77 - one of my favorite lambics, and certainly my fav boon, in terms of fruityness. This one a bit less balanced though, too alcoholic (taste) for it's own good, lacking the superb balance of the actual vat 77, but being compared to that legacy alone is an acomplishment. High but tollerable carbonation. Very decent, i get the special version thing, and wouldn't stock up on it like I did with 77 amongst others, but certainly more than fun to have tried it ! Maybe i'd need to buy another to keep long term, see how the abv influences this in ageing .

Pours a turbid light yellow. No real head. Scent is very raw, rough, phenolic. Not great at all. Has an almost 'rotten' quality to it.
Taste is tart, balanced ( pleasant surprise) with indeed elderflower (here too, balanced). Far less repelling than the aroma. Rather sharp and fast fading, mild lingering acidity and yeasty notes. Not great, but far from bad tastewise, even for someone like me who's not into elderflower. But the aroma needs some fixing... The color isn't to inviting, and a clear glass bottle is just.... Ugh

Pours clear, darker blonde. Small white head. Scent is Scent is brett, wood, rather mature and strong. Taste is full, very dry, loads of brett, oak, mild touch of acetic, quite strong acidity in general - specifically dry, but just not tóó dry. Very decent and than some.

Pours unclear blonde amber. Small white head. Scent is pretty brett forward, rather sharp. Taste is dry, but not overly so. Brett focussed, medium acidity. Not the most complex one. Bit of acetic in the late finish. Feels a bit simple, somehow. Not bad though.

Pours slightly hazy, amberblonde. Small , fast fading white head. Scent is Sharp, full on spices, mild , yet very raw grzainyness behind it. Maturing took good care of this, seemingly! Taste is tart, dry, very spice-forward, loads of citrus (bitter oranges) and a funky, earthy, very typical 'new' thing to me (gentian root) . Together they balance on the fine line of being over the top thouhg, and the idea of cleaning products / pot pourri comes dangerously close, but in a way it still works. Not at all my favorite Antidoot, but a respectable offering nevertheless.

Extreme gusher. Pours unclear amber-orange. Huge white head. Scent is loads of chlorophenols. Some strawberry puree. Taste is full, sharp, acidic, chlorophenolic, dry. Very overcarbed. Basil and lemon are recognizable, strawberry has the undertone. Obviously something went wrong here
