Pâle léger voile, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une abse plus maltée - léger pâle, mais repris de suite par des notes de fruits à noyaux, léger herbacé, pointe de résine et agrumes.
Palais sur une base assez amer niveau houblonné - agrumes avec un volet herbacé en support. Amertume est tenace et cette version surfe entre une IPA WC classique et une hazy. Pointe de résine, pêche blanche/pêche, intense herbacé avec qcq agrumes - mandarine repris par une épaisseur de bouche indiquant ce côté haze.
Purée pourpre de jus fruité - effet smoothie assuré. Col épais rosâtre marqué. Le tout laissant des rebords collés par l'épaisseur des fruits.
Arôme est très axé fruité purée, la framboise est là avec une douceur vanillée en support. Je ressens aussi les notes de fraises qui arrivent en support de la framboise - la mûre restant plus discrète.
Palais est épais en bouche avec une grosse dose de framboises tout en ayant une légèreté de la fraise en support et qui se ressent bien sans pour cela être dans un volet sirupeux. La mûre est en support mais reste plus en retrait par rapport à la framboise. Fine acidité des fruits, mais le tout reste cependant assez doux pour être vraiment une grosse bière acide. Amertume citrique est là mais un peu éclipsée par l'apport de vanille.
Pas mauvaise, mais un peu surfaite et là c'est carrément du smoothie.

This is a special spot - opened by Sitges based La Sitgetana brewery and shared with Orient Street brewery which until recently did not have its own location. Easy to find - not far from Mareseme taproom.
The place sports the brewing equipment for Orient Street while serving as a taproom for La Sitgetana and Orient. A rather unique setup.
The location was welcoming - we arrived around 19h and were the lone customers - a few more arrived later on. Friendly server keen to chat about the brewery and products.
8 taps of beers with 4 for Orient and 4 for Sitgetana. Interesting styles offered as well with some collabs for Orient Street.
We ordered some platters to share - I'll give it a good point for offering small production of meats and cheeses rather than the usual packs from the supermarket. Other warmer food also avail and would try it next time.
Wine selection also offers natural wine and selection of products of people close to the brewery.
Some beers to go in the fridge - with some beers from 'friendly' breweries of which I saw more of of La Calavera.
Sadly, the Orient beers (two when I visited) to go are all cans of collabs thus nothing made on site - looks like they don't yet have a canning line.
