750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aroma has floral notes, light barnyard funk, hints of citrus. Taste is tart lemon citrus, light floral notes, some white wine, white grapes, barnyard funk. Medium body. Tasty stuff.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Hazy yellowish orange with off-white head. Aroma has orange and grapefruit citrus, floral notes, hint of tropical fruits. Taste has bitter grapefruit citrus, floral notes, light pine, some tropical fruits. Medium body. Tasty double IPA.

Picked up a 750 ml bottle at Mejiro Tanakaya during my Japan trip in October/November 2023, thanks to thebrewsader for the heads up! Bottled December 22, 2022. Cork Date Season 22/23.

Poured into a tulip. Initial pour is clear reddish/amber with quick fading fizzy off-white head. Slightly hazy further into the bottle. Aroma has red wine, funk, light vinegar, dark fruit, oak. Taste includes red wine, dark fruits, berries, funk and vinegar. Light body. Great lambic.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aroma has orange citrus, pine, garlic/onion. Taste is orange citrus and some tropical fruit up front, pine, garlic/green onion, light floral. Medium body. Delicious triple dry hopped DIPA.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Hazy yellowish orange with off-white head. Aroma has grapefruit citrus, floral notes, a touch of pine. Taste is mostly grapefruit and orange citrus, floral, light pine. Medium body. Nice hazy pale.

16.9 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Dark brownish body with a bit of beige to light tan head. Aromas of bourbon up front, caramel, hint of dark fruit. Taste has bourbon, caramel/toffee, brown sugar, a bit of dark fruit. Medium to full body. Nice bourbon barrel aged barleywine.

32 oz crowler poured into a Willi Becher. Hazy cloudy yellowish orange with off-white head. Aroma has floral notes, pine, citrus, some raw garlicky notes. Taste includes floral notes, pine, orange citrus, a little garlic/chive. Medium body. Alcohol is well masked for 10.9% ABV. Tasty triple IPA.

Bottle poured into a snifter. Black body with tan ring of head. Aroma seems slightly muted but has bourbon, caramel, vanilla. Taste is caramel forward with bourbon, roasted coffee, hint of vanilla/marshmallow on the end. Full body. Pretty tasty.
