Can to becher glass.
Appearance: milky copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy hoppiness, pumpkin sweetness and cinnamon
Flavor: pumpkin sweetness and cinnamon; quick finish of pumpkin sweetness
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, watery
Overall: nothing seems cohesive here and I never got the nutmeg. I don't see myself coming back to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt yellow to orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to grapefruity to mixed berries hoppiness; light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet blend through the prior noted aromas with a light lemon rind-like tone in underneath; finishes piney/grapefruity and mixed berry-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness, some dryness hitting the tongue
Overall: a very nicely done NEPA I would return to.

Can to tulip.
Apoearance: thick orange / copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which trickles off at a nice pace
Aroma: gooseberries, passion fruit, lemon pulp, white grapes, clementine hop notes with light clean cracker malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet to tart quality; finishes white grapey, gooseberry-ish and clementine hop toned
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to full bodied, light smoothness but some dryness, touch of tart accent nips the tongue
Overall: mostly a pretty good NEDIPA worthy of coming back to.

On tap at Foam Brewers.
Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: thick orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which took it's time to trickle off and once it did light messy lace stuck to the glass.
Aroma: grapefruity to gooseberry to pine and mango hop notes
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a great bittersweet blend; finishes more like mixed berries, some pine and grapefruit
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; good amount of smoothness, low carb, subtle dryness
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA I would have again.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: grapefruit, pine & orange rind; some clean bready to caramel-like malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality and adds in a touch of sugars; finishes with the grapefruit, pine and orange rind
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; light smoothness with some sticky hops; light hop assertiveness
Overall; okay DIPA that seems a bit stiff to possibly be a West coast styled one. Maybe I could come back to.
