Can to mug.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasted nuts, caramel/toffee malts, black coffee notes, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and then a light earthy hop tone underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter but smooth to a semi-sweet oat-like tone; finishes black coffee to sweet oat-like with subtle chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sesionable; and pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done oatmeal stout worthy of coming back to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to black with a two finger off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel/toffee malts, roasty notes and a light sweet coffee tone far down in there
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fairly sweet to roasty and slightly bitter quality; finishes chocolatey, coffee-ish and slightly caramel-like
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but possibly could have had a bit more body to this one.
Overall: great aromas and flavors - just get that body bigger compared to it's projected ABV and this one could be a great one

Appearance: golden yellow in color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: barnyard funky with wood, peaches, apricots and dried sweet grassy tones with wet basement and some lactic notes
Flavor: is funky tart with sour to tart stone fruity character and some light mustiness; finishes funky tart with sour and stone fruity tones
Texture: full bodied, somewhat a sipper; some smoothness but also plenty of acidic sharpness
Overall: as far as I know this was a nicely done Gueuze I believe I could come back to. However, I am still learning much about this style.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark pink close to purple with a finger's worth of pink foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light sliding lace appeared
Aroma: sweet and tart red raspberries; light lactic tones; subtle vanilla
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet quality with a sly undertone of sour; finishes with the red raspberries and a touch of vanilla
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this; light smoothness but also some tartness slightly stinging the tongue - nothing offensive, just noticeable
Overall: pretty nicely done raspberry tart ale with just a pinch of sour in there and just a pinch of vanilla for balance; I'd come back to this one.
