Purchased from Winooski Beverage, Winooski, VT on 07/25/2019 and consumed on 07/26/2019.
Poured into a pokal.
Appearance: golden yellow in color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: barnyard funky with wood, peaches, apricots and dried sweet grassy tones with wet basement and some lactic notes
Flavor: is funky tart with sour to tart stone fruity character and some light mustiness; finishes funky tart with sour and stone fruity tones
Texture: full bodied, somewhat a sipper; some smoothness but also plenty of acidic sharpness
Overall: as far as I know this was a nicely done Gueuze I believe I could come back to. However, I am still learning much about this style.

20.06.2019: 0,375l bottle at home. Vintage 2016/2017. golden clear color, small white head. smells funky, cheesy, light manure, some wood, grassy, some stone fruits. very very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, cheesy, bit lactic, wood, lightly oaky, light stone fruits, herbs. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, cheesy notes and some wood. very nice one, loved the smell, taste is just a touch heavy (probably could still use another year), but overall very good to drink. 9, 4, 8, 3, 16

BB 14.02.2027. amber clear color, small white head. smells earthy, grassy, hay, funky, some oak, herbal. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, herbal, oak, wood, light spices, light curry, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with citrus, hay and peppery notes. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16
