9/10 โ€” Setting 8 Selection 10 Service 9 Food 7 Value 9 Overall 9
A taproom inside the brewery hall is accompanied by a coffee roaster/corner and a fried chicken snack bar. There's a LOT of taps running, about 20 IIRC. Most of the beers were also available for take-out, but not all. Service was super friendly, got a few tasters before hauling back 3 trays of cans. ;-) The misses enjoyed the artisan coffee and bought some to take home. The food place was rather shabby, more than half of the items on the menu were not available. What was available was rather pricey for what it was, and it was just junk food. I'd hoped for something a bit more decent in France. But then again, we were there for the beer, not the food. If you're crossing the Alps using the Mt. Blanc tunnel, it's just a 15 min detour if you pop by the brewery, so there's no excuse not to! ;-)
