Taste: pretty sugary, floral, lots of ginger, some orange peel. Aftertaste: more sugary, yeast, ginger, very floral, too sweet, bleh, don’t like it at all. Very weird stuff...

Clear dark brown beer, practically no head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: lovely, lots of dried fruits, gentle roast, a little oxidized, some vanilla, caramel touch, raisins, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice start, some alcohol, gentle roast, dried fruits, some chocolate, a little bitter, slightly sweet touch. Aftertaste: some vanilla, alcohol, good roast, more chocolate, oxidized, a bit sweet, nice one!

Clear amber to red beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, yeasty, ripe to overripe banana, grains, raisins, dried fruits, some chlorine. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: yeasty, banana, pretty bitter, caramel, malty, alcohol, a bit sweet, spicy, more yeast, dry touch. Aftertaste: gentle roast, very yeasty, bitter, soapy touch, spicy, coriander, meh.
Clear brown beer, big fizzy beige head, crackling down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit roasted, caramel, butterscotch, toffee, malty, grains, no cinnamon? WTF? Stroopwafel is more than just caramel... MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of caramel, a hint of chocolate, fudge, butterscotch, a little bitter but mainly pretty sweet. Aftertaste: soft roast, some chocolate, a bit sweet, malty, more caramel, bitter touch, meh. More a caramel / butterscotch stout than a stroopwafel stout if you ask me…

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy bit irregular white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty floral, a bit soapy, fruity touch, citrus, orange peel, a little oxidized maybe, malty touch, decent. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, malty, fruity, tropical fruits, a little bitter, some citrus, a bit malty. Aftertaste: a bit soapy, sweet, some ginger, orange peel, floral, bitter finish, ok but not great.

Clear (WTF? The label says Double HAZY IPA DDH!) gold blond beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, unstable, a little adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus, grapefruit, juicy, some tropical fruits, passion fruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, lots of orange peel, fruity, bitter, a bit malty, some alcohol, orange peel. Aftertaste: bitter, some grapefruit, sweet and malty, a bit oxidized?
