Clear orange beer, creamy yellowish head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: some orange peel, a bit oxidized, malty, some honey, and again, lots and lots of coriander, a bit floral, some cloves. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, coriander, cloves, bitter, watery, a bit grassy, some caramel malts. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, lots of coriander, bubble gum, watery, dry finish, bleh. None of these beers are very convincing…

Pretty clear light orange beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit malty, dirty, sulphur, sewerage, coriander, spicy, grains, cow fodder, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some banana, bubble gum, coriander, gentle bitterness, metallic again. Aftertaste: bitter, soapy, grains, unpleasant, more coriander, beh.

Cloudy blond yellow beer, creamy dense yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of cloves, some banana and banana peel, orange peel, some coriander. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a little bitter up front, metallic touch, cloves, bubble gum, banana peel, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: more banana peel, a bitter touch, a bit medicinal, pretty metallic, coriander in the finish. Not really great.

Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: good roast, a bit oxidized, earthy, some soy sauce, alcohol, malty, caramel, sugary, dried fruits. MF: soft to no carbon, full body. Taste: sugary, caramel, some roast, lots of chocolate, alcohol, a bit oxidised, soy sauce, more alcohol burning the throat. Aftertaste: bitter, coffee, dry roast, some dark burned caramel, bitter, coffee, cocoa powder, campfire, charcoal, more dark chocolate, alcohol, a hint of chilli or maybe it’s just the alcohol burning, very sugary, decent one.

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: weird, funky, vinegar, sweetish impression, some calvados, oxidized, some almonds, sour apples, cardboard, bleh. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: weird, dry, sour apples, dry, some tannins, a bit funky, mouth puckering dryness. Aftertaste: dry, spicy touch, sourish, oxidized, cardboard, almonds, green apples, unpleasant. Really didn’t like this one. Tastes infected.

Clear deep amber to maroon brown to almost purplish beer, practically no head. Aroma: malty, oxidized, earthy, caramel, leather, some alcohol, more malty, dried fruits, raisins, figs. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, very oxidized, a little bitter, lots of alcohol, some dried fruits, a hint of chocolate, caramel touch, malty, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: nice, a bit sweet, lots of alcohol, cognac, dried fruits, raisins, more alcohol, a little bitter in the finish.
