Une bière à la couleur acajou, brassée avec des malts spéciaux grillés.Elaborée avec du houblon «SAAZ», une variété noble et aromatique qui lui apporte un goût de «terroir», une fine amertume et un arôme doux et épicé.

28/XII/24 - on tap @ Au Brasseur (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1331)
Clear orange beer, creamy yellowish head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: some orange peel, a bit oxidized, malty, some honey, and again, lots and lots of coriander, a bit floral, some cloves. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, coriander, cloves, bitter, watery, a bit grassy, some caramel malts. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, lots of coriander, bubble gum, watery, dry finish, bleh. None of these beers are very convincing…

Wässriger, röstig bitterer Antrunk mit zunehmender Würzigkeit. Die vorhandene Muffigkeit bleibt hintergründig, zum Ende frischer und harmonischer. Zum Ende erheblich besser als zuvor. 10/7/8/9//8

On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Hazed golden / orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is alcohol solvent and caramel apple. Flavour is composed of crisp semi sweet grains, light tangy apple, burnt toffee and honey. Palate is semi- sweet, little crisp, moderate carbonation. Flavour is better than the aroma.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark golden/amber coloured, small white head, hint of malt in the nose. Sweet malty, light fruity and some hops with notes of metal. Single but pretty sharp hint of alcohol near the end.
