Clear gold blond beer, creamy dense white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, a bit floral, roses. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, slightly sweet, hint of caramel, a little metallic, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, a bit metallic, malty, some caramel, biscuit, a bit grassy, some overripe banana and banana peel in the back.
