Clear gold blond beer, creamy dense white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, a bit floral, roses. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, slightly sweet, hint of caramel, a little metallic, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, a bit metallic, malty, some caramel, biscuit, a bit grassy, some overripe banana and banana peel in the back.

Clear to little cloudy pale blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: herbal, funky, wild, brett, a bit lemony, zesty, floral touch, some almonds, a bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, lemony, good acidity, slightly funky, bitter touch, lemon juice, nice. Aftertaste: more fruity, grapefruit, lemony, zesty, grapefruit peel, bitter, orange peel, kumquat, sourish finish with quite some metallic notes as well, meh, ok but not really great.

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy dense beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: good roast up front, lots of dark chocolate, coffee notes, some caramel, sweet impression, malty, nice and very rich smell. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very good dark roast, gentle acidity, bitter, dry, coffee touch, lots of cocoa powder, malty but not sweet. Aftertaste: acidic finish, nice roast, bitter dry finish, more roast, coffee grit, decent stout!

Clear pale yellow beer, solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, a bit floral, soapy smell, some elderflower, yeasty, rose water. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very yeasty, gentle bitterness, soft acidity, some banana, malty touch, more yeasty, like a Hefeweizen almost. Aftertaste: yeasty, banana, cloves, pretty bitter, wheat-like acidity, a bit fruity, grassy finish, floral notes, a little soapy, slightly sourish, ok.
