Bottle shared with Laura and Joen. Amber color, full sized yet quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, very weird flavor and aroma and in no way cognac flavors. Very weird. Seems like a totally different barrel. Very weird. Not very good at all. Sad, I hadn't tried an Emelisse beer for years and thought let's give it a try again, but I'm definitely staying away from now on. Bad.

Can at home shared by Joen. Hazy golden color, full sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, some hops, a bit dusty. Flavor is also a bit dusty, malty, dusty hops. Meh at best. Don't like it.

Bottle shared by Joen. Brownish color, reddish hue. Full sized a bit bubbly white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, distant sweet red fruit notes, moderate herbal and spice notes. Flavor is malts, sweetish, leaves lightly, lighty herbal malty. Soft malty bitterness. Not bad.

Bottle @ home shared with Laura and Joen. Dark brown color, chestnut colored hue when held into the light. Medium sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, chestnut, leaves, brown malts, a light smokey hint, roasty notes. Decent to medium body, firm carbonation. Okay.

Bottle at home. Brown color with a slight red-brown hue. No head. Aroma is malts, some goppiness, some red fruity notes but in an odd way, hard to describe. Flavor is kind of flat and boring. I only get malts, brown malts, malt bitterness. Low bodied, fizzy carbonation. Mwah.

Bottle at home. Opaque black color, small brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, light dark malts and roast, nicely bitter, some umami notes. Decent body and firm carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at home. Opaque black color, small beige to lightly brown colored lacing. Aroma and flavor are malts, bourbon / whiskey, somewhat bitter, dark malts. What really stands out to me is the balance between the flavors. Really nice. Very very balanced. Lovely beer.

Can at home. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, sweetish, sweetish hoppy. Can't really say I get more distinctively. It's one of so so many NEIPA's if you ask me.
