Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Opaque jet black color, average sized brown colored head. Aroma is malts, heavy barrel, port I guess. Flavor is malts, vanilla, barrel / port, dark malts, sweet, boozy. Velvety mouthfeel, thick texture, average carbonation. Very solid.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Opaque dark brown color, average sized beige head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, smoked malts. Flavor is similar, with lightly bourbon but way less intense as I had expected. Pleasant lingering malt bitter finish with some bourbon notes. Not bad but a bit thin bodied as well. And the caramel is not a good addition. Hmm, not bad, but not great either.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Clear darker orange golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, decently bretty, a bit yeasty, a bit bitter, nice rather dry bitter finish. Quite nice, I like it. Orval-ish. Well brewed.

Can shared at mini-tasting. A bit hazy misty yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, nicely hoppy. Flavor is malts, again nicely hoppy, mainly bitter hops, lightly peppery notes in a good way, herbal hoppy. Good bitter finish. Not bad at all, quite useful.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Cloudy misty yellow color, small white head. Aroma is citrusy, lemongrass, wheat. Flavor is wheat, again lemongrass, pleasantly lemon-ish hoppy bitter. Quite pleasant, I like it.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Apple juice dark golden color, small white head. Aroma is medium to strong apple, light sugar hints. Flavor is similar. Finish is, I would say, on a scale of 1-7 where 1 is dry and 7 is sweet, a 3. Just below mid-mid.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Opaque dark brown color, medium to full sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, dark malts a bit, caramel-ish, heavy barrel influence. Flavor is malts, again heavy barrel, also some overripe fruit notes in an intense way, sweet liquor soaked raisins, lingering intense fruit-boozy and somewhat bitter notes. Heavy, thick texture, average carbonation. Not exactly my kind of beer but definitely well brewed.

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Brown color, medium sized tan head. Aroma is kinda like Schlenkerla: rauch. Flavor is malts, rauch, distant chocolate-ish notes and roasted malts, dark malts. Very well balanced, very well brewed imo. Very nice!
