Benzai Profile - Brewver

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Murky brownish orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is wheat, malts, something fruity. Flavor is similar, with a soft bitter finish. Apparently it has peppers, but I don't get them. Fortunately. So quite okay actually. 5-6,5-7,5-8-7

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Murky orange color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is quite fruity, lightly malts with a nectarine and oranges twist. Flavor is malts, grainy, distant fruity hints but quitw flat and watery tbh. Meh. 5-8-5-5-5

Can at home. A bit unclear yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, tropical fruity. Don't get much more. Softly bitter maybe. Decent body and carbonation.

75cl bottle shared at mini-tasting. Dark red-brown color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, raisins, caramalts, plums, bourbon. Flavor is malts, bourbon, again raisins and plums, lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice. Lovely beer, a treat! 8-8,5-8,5-9-8

Can shared at mini-tasting. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, tropical fruits. Flavor is malts, tropical fruit hoppy, decently hop bitterness lingering. Fruity hop bitters. Not bad. I like it. 6-7,5-7-8-7,5

Galway Bay - No Quarter 11.8%

Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, heavy tonka. Flavor is malts, bourbon, tonka heavily, too heavy imo, it dominates and overpowers the other flavors. Not bad, but the tonka is annoying, doesn't do the beer good. 6-6-6-8-6

Can shared at mini-tasting. Opaque dark brown color, instantly disappearing tan head. Aroma is, well, crazy sweet and milkshake-ish. Flavor is very sweet up front, milk, dairy, milkshake, sugary, ugh. Definitely not my thing. Bleh. 6-3,5-3,5-4-4

Bottle shared at mini-tasting. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, pretty bretty, citrusy notes, horse blanket, hops. Flavor is lightly malts, citrus hoppy, horse blanket, herbal slightly, but again lovely bretty. Too high carbonation, but I'll forgive them for the beer is absolutely marvelous.
