0.3 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop' as 'Gouverneur Tripel', best before October 2026. Very hazy, deep orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy aroma of honey, vanilla, nutmeg, clove, banana, cinnamon and some citrus. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite spicy, rather yeasty and slightly fruity taste of banana, clove, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and some citrus, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, quite spicy and a bit dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Tripel, quite heavy on the spices but I like it, fits very well into the dark season.
